Remuneration
By using this webpage the user accepts to pay Circle 81 a remuneration of up to 4 per cent of the total investment amount. The amount shall be payable within 4 weeks after closing of the transaction.
In the event you discloses the availability of said designated opportunities to a third party who purchases a business without Circle 81 assistance, then you, in addition to the remedies specified herein, are also responsible for payment of Circle 81 compensation which would have been paid on the listed selling price or minimum compensation, whichever is greater.
